#WISHRM24 Vendor Spotlight: Gallagher with Josh Bergman

As a part of the WISHRM State Conference SMILE Team, I have the opportunity to connect with speakers and exhibitors and learn more about what to expect at the upcoming conference. Today I spoke with one of the WISHRM24 Vendors, Josh Bergman, about Gallagher.

1. Who should stop at The Gallagher booth?

All are welcome to the Gallagher booth! We help HR folks in a variety of capacities on an educational and consulting basis.  Our team is looking forward to networking with anyone who stops by.

2. Can you provide a brief summary of what Gallagher does?

Gallagher is a global insurance brokerage, consulting, and risk management firm that provides a wide range of services. Gallagher works to help our clients manage their risks effectively, reduce costs, and enhance their coverage through tailored solutions and expert advice. With a strong emphasis on customer service and industry expertise, Gallagher aims to build long-term partnerships with its clients.

3. What are you most looking forward to at WISHRM24?

Without question, I enjoy most deepening relationships with existing friends within the SHRM crowd and meeting new people. The networking opportunity at WISHRM is second to none, and the energy is infectious.

4. If you could give one tip to HR Professionals heading into 2025 open enrollment, what would it be?

There is a lot of work that goes into open enrollment, and most HR Professionals are aware well aware of that! I’ll leave two: 1) Keep communication as clean and simple as possible. 2) Now is the time to highlight one underutilized or underappreciated benefit. Give it a spotlight and encourage employees to take another look.

5. Anything else that WI HR Professionals and People Leaders should know?
