Taylor Forshee, MBA, SHRM-CP

Taylor is a lifelong learner, dog mom, amateur foodographer, and adventure seeker passionate about enhancing the employee experience through empathy and dedication. Beginning her career in human resources in 2016, she has worked in a variety of industries, including technology, non-profit, and wholesale distribution, with her most recent role as an HR Manager at Innovia Consulting, a Microsoft partner, where she continues to grow with the company during a period of rapid growth, global expansion, and transition.

Taylor will jokingly refer to herself as a degree collector when referencing her mission to be a lifelong learner. Her most recent accomplishments include a Master of Business Administration from Viterbo University and passing the SHRM-CP exam in 2019.

Additionally, Taylor has served as a board member of the La Crosse Area Society for Human Resource Management (LASHRM) since 2020 and recently joined as a council member for WI SHRM in 2022.
